A few years ago I decided that with all of the emails and questions the channel gets, there needs to be a healthy place for this all to exist and where I can help in the best possible way.
Every issue that motorcycle owners face with their bikes is different. Each one may require a specifically timed bit of advice or direction that really gets the diagnosis or problem solving juices flowing to achieve what ultimately everyone is looking to obtain. 

The satisfaction of doing your own repairs and being confident that it was done correctly.  

We can't forget saving hundreds if not thousands of dollars in the process..

I had this idea that it would be game changing to have a group of like minded riders who truly enjoy working on their own bikes and sharing their experiences. As well as having a place to get actual trusted advice from other riders (or myself) when problems arise. A group that accepts and helps the "stupid questions" and allows a safe place for even the most novice motorcycle owners who may just want to kick tires and change some oil every now and then.

I have found that when you make a safe environment for people to ask questions. This allows everyone the ability go back and forth on thoughts and ideas for repairs to share experiences on similar topics that may have helped them along the way.

This idea is where the MotorcycleMD private community group was born from. This allows me to devote my time to the people who actually care about their bikes and the advice and direction given. With the thousands of emails I deal with there is just no way I can set aside time and energy to respond with accurate and helpful, one on one answers to everyone. But having this group opens the door to a way better platform of back and forth communication that allows for things like:
- Video Sharing
- Live Video Answers
- File sharing
- Advice from other riders
- Communication With Factory Technician
